Our Mission
To provide an excellent experience for our contestants and superior support for our title holders, on their journey to Miss Arkansas.
Event History
Founded May 19th 1979, Miss Mt. Nebo has been a staple event in The River Valley for over 45 years. Originally held on top of Mount Nebo located in beautiful Dardanelle Arkansas, during the annual Mt. Nebo Chicken Fry, the competition was and is still sponsored by The Dardanelle Area Chamber of Commerce. Our competition has grown year after year and we are proud to have become a Miss Arkansas Preliminary for the River Valley. Miss Mt. Nebo is open to young women who reside in the following eight counties, Conway, Franklin, Johnson, Logan, Sebastian, Pope, Perry and Yell and our Teen competition is open to all Counties. Our Little Miss Mt Nebo is held the night before and is open to all counties as well.
